SUP Yoga on Stand Up Paddleboards
Calm the mind, refresh your soul, invigorate!
Stand Up Paddling is a great core workout and we combine about 15 minutes of paddle board paddling before the SUP Yoga class begins. Paddle Boarding burns about twice as many calories as bicycling and Yoga is good for your soul! Just being on the water is refreshing in itself. What a great combination. Our Yoga Instructor, Jessica Bunker is just finishing school as a massage therapist and will be focusing on her massage therapy business this year. We will not be holding SUP Yoga Classes on Burt Lake for 2018. Sheree Lincoln recently became certified for SUP Yoga and will be offering Yoga in Fort Myers Beach at www.seadogecotours.com.
